Restoring In-App Purchases

Occasionally an in-app purchase may fail to register properly, for example, if you lose connectivity after completing the purchase but before it has been registered on our servers, or if a valid purchase receipt from the App Store is not downloaded correctly to your device.

Normally, restarting the app will automatically attempt to complete any outstanding purchases that have not been fully registered. However, if that doesn't resolve things, you can restore purchases manually as follows:

First, navigate to the Account page within the app:

Sign in if necessary and then tap on the Account sign in status row as shown:

Choose Manage Account:

Finally, choose Restore Purchases:

You'll see an Alert dialog when this process is complete (it normally takes a few seconds). After that, quit the app and restart and recheck your subscription status.
